RE:       Discussion of the Ethics Human Experimentation in the
          Medical and Scientific Literature, 1946-1970

Attached is a second report of research performed by Rebecca Lowen,
this time examining the extend and nature of discussion in the
medical and scientific literature of the ethics of human
experimentation, between 1946 and 1970.  Again, some of the
findings are making their way into the final report.  We hope you
find her discussion interesting.  Feel free to contact me with any
