	Thank you kindly for your letter of April 8.  It is
apparent that you are a patriotic and valuable American
citizen.

	We do not conduct experiments on human beings.  Moreover, 
the treatment for radiation sickness referred to in the newspaper
is, in my opinion, not practical.

	Your interest in being of service to your country is
certainly praiseworthy, and I'm sure that you will find a way
to serve.
