C.E.D. 66 Dear Sir: (Brief Summary) Merle H. Borchert was my late husband, he passed away in a V.A. hospital. 55 # 530-10-7753. He was in the National Guards. I feel his death was due to his radiation exposure at the Nevada Test Site. He had Tritium in his system from the hydrogen bombs set off at the Nevada Test Site the years of 1961 - 1962 prior to when the test ban treaty was put into effect. Mr. Borchert was an underground miner, the cause of his death was lung cancer. At the present time the Attorney mentioned in the enclosed article is not representing me or handling my case. Thank you for your concern and help. I appreciated being able to speak with you in regard to this situation. Sincerely, Sgd. Betty L.
