Attached is a brief summary and a copy of legislation introduced by Congressman Jim Cooper (D.TN) on February 23, 1994 The legislation was referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce which referred it to the Subcommittee on Health and the Environment. The bill is pending with no action scheduled to date. Attachment 2: Radiation Experimentation Victims Act of 1994 (H.R. 4292). Attached is a brief summary and a copy of legislation introduced by Congressman Edward Markey (D-MA) on April 21, 1994.
