RE:       Ethics Subcommittee Data Gathering Plan

     As chair of the Ethics Subcommittee, I submit the attached
data gathering plan to the Advisory Committee for its information.
The plan was discussed and approved for full Committee
consideration by the Subcommittee. Since I will be unable to attend
the next Advisory Committee meeting, I ask that Ruth Faden present
the plan to the Committee.
