It is understood that he will invite members of the Panel to present to his organization, thru the Panel Staff, items on which there are requirements for medical intelligence in the field of interest of the panel. Items on which intelligence is urgently required may be prepared in advance, and submitted to the staff for early transmission to the intelligence organization.
