We will undertake to notify all recipients of declassified copies of the documents distributed by the Report Section, Research Division, of this change in classification. It is requested that all other recipients of such declassified copies be likewise notified by your office. 4. It is hoped that definite policy in this matter will be announced and explained in the near future.
