                    ABOUT THE PUBLICATIONS COLLECTION


The Advisory Committee's Publication Collection is chiefly
composed of primary and secondary published sources that have
been identified as significant by members and staff in the course
of their research.  All published documents that have been
purchased, borrowed, copied or otherwise acquired for research
purposes are listed, with the exception of some standard
reference sources and as noted below.

Unpublished documents are described as part of the Research
Document Collection, which also includes any published documents
acquired through the agency records search and request process.
